The first 14 days set the ceiling on everything.

Most agencies rush campaigns live before the foundation is ready — and the client eats the cost of every avoidable mistake. We do it the other way around.

In the first two weeks, we build the plumbing: access, tracking, landing pages, offer, creative, and nurture. Only then do we press go. It means your first dollar spent on ads is a dollar that can actually be measured, attributed, and scaled.

How long until my ads are actually running?

Most clients go live between day 11 and day 14. Complex funnels or heavy creative production can push to day 21. We'll give you a specific date at the kickoff call.

What if I already have a Facebook or Google Ads account?

Great — we'll audit it, keep the historical pixel and conversion data, and get Axis added as an Admin. We never migrate you off your own accounts.

Do I need a new website?

Usually no. We audit the site you have and fix the specific things that hurt paid conversion — speed, trust signals, mobile UX, and CTAs. If a rebuild is truly needed, we'll say so and quote it separately.

Who writes the ads and shoots the creative?

Our creative team handles copy, static ads, and short-form video edits. For UGC or founder-led video, we'll direct the shoot and often provide a shot list you can film on your phone.

What's a realistic budget to start?

The floor is typically $50–$100/day on the primary platform. Below that, the algorithm can't gather enough signal to optimize. We'll pressure-test your budget against your target CPA in the kickoff call.

What happens after the first 14 days?

Phase 12: ongoing optimization. Weekly creative tests, bi-weekly landing page CRO, monthly strategy calls, quarterly funnel audits. Most clients hit their profitable scale window between day 60 and day 90.
